Vessel Storage

Our secure vessel storage site fees are £430 per year for boats and jet skis. Hand launched vessels such as kayaks can also be stored for a reduced price.

Our year runs April to March and fees are due upfront. Failure to pay will result in eviction.

Berth holder’s Day Launch

Berth holders can take advantage of our launch services from April until October, for £20 per launch. This covers launch and recovery of your vessel. No prior notice is required for launches after 8am. Recovery must take place before sunset.

For launches out of season please liaise with Sue (Boat Launch Manager)

Non Berth holder’s Day Launch

If you do not hold a berth you may still use our launch services for £27 per launch. Please make sure your vessel has all the required safety equipment as detailed here.

Please note: vehicles other than launch tractors are prohibited on the beach, even the most capable 4x4s have proved wholly unsuitable.

Hand Launch

For vessels that can hand launch without the use of a vehicle, a £10 charge is required for launching from this beach. All profits go to maintaining the life-saving service of Hornsea Inshore Rescue.

All launches are subject to weather conditions and can be refused on safety grounds if the the launch master is concerned about the suitability of your vessel.
